Versions and product loading options


The cnc laser machine can be tailored to customer needs and preferences. In particular product loading can be designed to suite any requirement. There is a full range of options, from manual placement of the workpiece to complete inline automation. Additionally the 2d or 3d laser machine can be used in different fields of application from cnc laser cutting via laser drilling to cnc laser welding. Depending from the application the cnc laser machine will be designed and adapted.

Compact

  • Product loading:
    Manual loading via the sliding doors of the cnc laser cutting machine / laser welding machine.
  • Application:
    For small batch sizes and a high range of product varieties
  • Advantages:
    Easy operation and excellent cost efficiency.

Shuttle system (one or two-sided)

  • Product loading:
    Manual or automated placement of the workpiece onto the shuttle. Different kinds of shuttle types can be used: one sided shuttle, two sided shuttle and two-level-shuttle
  • Application:
    For medium batch sizes and a high range of product varieties
  • Advantages:
    Easy operation, excellent cost efficiency and ready for automation

 

Turntable system

  • Product loading:
    Manual or automated placement of the workpiece into the workpiece holder which is placed on the turntable. The turntable is designed for a 2-up mode. If further process steps (e.g. assembling functions) have to be implemented, the turn table can be upgraded to a higher mode (3-up, 4-up etc.).
  • Application:
    For medium batch sizes and a high range of product varieties
  • Advantages:
    Easy operation, space saving, optimised cycle time

Endless system (from coil or roll)

  • Product loading:
    Automated unwinding from roll or coil (e.g. plastic foils or metal foils). The unwinding system will be placed in front of the cnc laser machine. The product will be unrolled automatically by an motor driven unroll-unit and guided through the cnc laser cutting or welding machine where the laser process takes place.
  • Application:
    For big batch sizes and a high range of product varieties
  • Advantages:
    High degree of automation possible

 

Circulating system

  • Product loading:
    via WPC (work piece carrier) conveyor system
  • Application:
    For individual products with large unit throughput and for inline applications
  • Advantages:
    High degree of automation. Can be combined with other processes. High output numbers.

Bar loading system

  • Product loading:
    The products will be loaded manually by the operator or via a magazine. The magazine can be automated so that the products are loaded automatically from the magazine in to the cnc laser cutting or welding machine.
  • Application:
    For big batch sizes
  • Advantages:
    For long and bar-shaped products, high degree of automation possible
